1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Antique Lens mobile application ("App"), published by Orbion SARL. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Antique Lens is an AI-powered application that helps users identify and value antique items by analyzing photographs. The App provides estimated information for personal, informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional appraisal.

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

Identification results, value estimates, and historical information provided by the App are generated automatically and may not be accurate, complete, or up to date. Orbion SARL makes no warranties regarding the correctness of any result. You should not rely solely on the App's output for any financial, legal, or purchasing decisions.

Always consult a certified antique appraiser or auction specialist for items of significant value.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Antique Lens offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Antique Lens Pro") that unlock unlimited scans and additional features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID at the rates displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
Free trial periods (if offered) will convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App's backend systems
Upload images that are illegal, offensive, or infringe on third-party rights
Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the App or its outputs

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks within the App are the exclusive property of Orbion SARL or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Orbion SARL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on App results.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
